Privacy Policy

1. No email and no sign-up

We do not ask for your name, email, phone number or account creation on this site. Nothing is sent by email: the access instructions appear on the instructions page after the payment is confirmed.

2. Data required for payment

Payment is processed by Mercado Pago. The data required for billing (for example card data, tax ID when requested by the payment method, or Pix information) is provided directly to Mercado Pago and handled according to the provider's privacy policy. This site does not receive, see or store card data.

3. What this site stores

• Order identifier plus amount, currency and payment status.
• Transaction and payment preference identifiers at Mercado Pago.
• Accepted Terms of Use version and the date/time of acceptance.
• IP address of the device that started the purchase, used for security and abuse prevention.
• Technical log of payment notifications received from the provider, to avoid duplicate processing and to evidence the confirmation.
• A session identifier in our own encrypted cookie, linking your browser to the order and unlocking the instructions page.

4. Cookies

We use only one essential, encrypted cookie that the browser cannot read, to keep the order session. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.

5. Purpose and legal basis

Data is processed to perform the purchase contract, comply with legal and tax obligations, prevent fraud and keep the service secure, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

6. Sharing and retention

We share data only with the payment provider, with the infrastructure that hosts the service and with authorities when legally required. Order and payment records are kept for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations and defend rights.

7. Conversation content

This sales site has no access to the content of interactions made inside DIG AI. Data processing inside the platform reached through the Tor network is governed by the rules presented on that platform.

8. Your rights

You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, portability or deletion of purchase data, subject to legal retention obligations. Since we do not collect personal identification on this site, you may need to provide the order identifier so we can find the records. See also our Terms of Use.
