Version 1.0 — effective as of January 2026. The version accepted at the time of purchase is recorded with the order.

1. Purpose

These Terms govern the purchase and use of access to DIG AI, an artificial intelligence tool provided through the Tor network. Access is purchased voluntarily by the user, upon payment of R$9.99 for “DIG AI platform access”.

2. Nature of the tool

DIG AI is an artificial intelligence tool. Answers are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies, incomplete or outdated information. The tool does not replace professional, technical, medical or legal advice.

3. User responsibility

The user is fully responsible for how they use the platform, for the requests they submit and for the content they produce or share from it. The user declares having legal capacity to contract and use the service.

4. Prohibited uses

It is forbidden to use the platform for illegal activities, to harm third parties, to commit fraud, to violate third-party rights or for any criminal purpose. The user must comply with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

The absence of certain technical restrictions in the tool does not represent authorization, encouragement or consent for illegal activities. Technical limitations do not define the legal limits of use.

5. Access

After our server confirms the payment, the access instructions are made available on the instructions page of this session. We do not send credentials, passwords, confirmations or instructions by email. The user is responsible for keeping their credentials safe and for using exclusively the official address published on the instructions page.

6. Availability and changes

The service depends on the Tor network and third-party infrastructure, and may face temporary outages, maintenance or technical changes. We may update these Terms; the version applicable to each order is the one recorded at the time of purchase.

7. Limitation of warranties

The tool is provided as is, with no guarantee of specific results. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for damages arising from improper, unlawful use or use contrary to these Terms by the user. The supplier's legally mandatory responsibilities remain in force, including those set out in consumer protection law.

8. Suspension of access

Access may be suspended or terminated in case of evidence of a breach of these Terms, payment fraud, improper chargeback or an order from a competent authority.

9. Payment and cancellation

Payment is processed by an external provider (Mercado Pago) and confirmed by our server. Unconfirmed orders do not release access. Withdrawal or cancellation requests follow the applicable consumer legislation.

10. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Questions about the service may be sent through the channels informed on the platform. See also our Privacy Policy.
